Ongoing Representation

For some clients, the right relationship doesn't end after market entry. Pradet can act as your active in-market representative on a continuous basis - managing buyer relationships, facilitating reorders, and keeping your product front of mind in markets where presence and trust determine outcomes. This is a different kind of engagement: not a project with a start and end date, but an ongoing commercial partnership.

Ongoing representation is structured as a monthly retainer with a commission component tied to facilitated contracts. Scope and terms are defined per client.
