Built on real experience - not theory.
Pradet was born from a simple observation - made from both sides of the trade corridor.
On the African side, talented producers were struggling to access European markets. On the European side, companies were searching for reliable African suppliers and finding only complexity and friction.
The gap wasn't talent or ambition. It was structure. Compliance frameworks that nobody explained. Import cost structures that tripped up even experienced exporters. Distribution channels that were invisible without the right introductions.
Pradet was built to close that gap - as a trade strategy partner that stays involved from assessment through execution.

"The gap wasn't talent. It was structure."
Built by two partners - on both sides of the corridor.

Regulatory & Compliance Systems
Experts in the compliance frameworks that govern EU–Africa trade - import regulations, export policy, certifications, and the documentation that makes or breaks a shipment.
These advisors contribute strategic guidance, market intelligence, and specialist expertise - ensuring every engagement benefits from experience that goes far beyond our core team.
Northern Europe to Sub-Saharan Africa
Our primary corridor connects Northern Europe - Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland - with Zambia, Ghana, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Malawi, and the DRC. While the wider EU remains relevant, our initial focus is the Nordics due to network proximity and market familiarity.
Physical goods with export potential
We work with SMEs producing premium agricultural products, natural and specialty consumer goods, artisanal and luxury products, and selected hospitality-related brands. If your product is real and your ambition is serious, we can structure the path.
